My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and of a generous size, making it a pleasant experience overall. The service was exceptional, with friendly and caring staff making me feel welcome. The location was great for exploring the local attractions, such as Cades Cove and the Tuckaleechee Caverns in the Smokey Mountains. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were always clean and ready when we checked in. It was a great, quiet location, close to restaurants, Cades Cove, and the Smoky Mountain National Park. The only downside was not having cups provided in the room for morning coffee or tea.
